RUFFIT DOG CARRIER SMALL

Heard a lot about this bag but found it to be quite unsafe for our dog. More than 50% of our dogs back was hanging out and clearly would've fallen out while riding. Had to return.

We love it!

Wasn't impressed with this bag. Size was way too small and didn't match the size chart. The small is advertised for a Pomeranian and barely would fit a Chihuahua. Ended up returning for a different brand.

I purchased this direct though Ruffit’s website. The largest size did not fit my 24lb French Bulldog. It’s also flimsy and poorly constructed and I wouldn’t trust it to hold my dog. I was really disappointed because they advertised photos of French Bulldog owners using their product. I didn’t open the package right away (my fault), so reached out to return it on day 15 and was denied. Ruffit’s customer service (NOT Amazon) was terrible. Even if I had contacted them in the 14 day window, they have a large restocking fee. Save your money and buy another backpack. The K9 Sportsack was a much better product.

Garbage. First time I used it both zipper pulls came right off. Furthermore, it's very awkward getting the dog in there, and when I finally did (and I have a cooperative dog) -- the product design doesn't provide very much support/security for the dog. He could easily slip out.
