Its hard to determine if supplements and vitamins work
I have been taking it for about 2 weeks. I haven't noticed any changes in my joint pain yet however, there has been improvement in digestion/acid reflux.

foot does not become swollen anymore
Been taking these for about a week. I do notice my foot does not become swollen, which was a concern of mine. Everyday by the end of the day my foot was really swollen not anymore. Helps with my joints too
