Hodmedod British White Quinoa, 500 g

Wasn't sure I'd even like this but I can't stop eating it since I got it and ate 100g worth today.. Really versatile, Good substitute "healthier" alternative to rice or can be mixed with rice.. There's lots you can do with it. I simmered it for 20 mins then when all the water was gone and it was cooked enough I put it in the frying pan on low heat and fried it in some oil for a few minutes.. I added crushed garlic and turmeric and cumin and black pepper and salt.

Nice product, good value and quality, unfortunately the bag arrived split and nearly half had spilled out rolling around inside the box, had to transfer what was left in to another bag. The seal was not properly secured, I believe packaging should be revised.

I am so happy to have found this english quinoa! it is great and I won't be buying any other brand again

Delicious. Cooked it up with an onion, peppers, rosemary and a stock cube. Very filling, tasted great. Really impressed with this UK grown food.

Really nice texture doesn’t end up a mush like some supermarket products, nice flavour easy to cook definitely recommend

This is delicious, cooks perfectly, and it’s a great quantity of quinoa for a decent price. I’ll be buying this again.
