Great!
As someone who owns a Basset Hound their ears get in everything. Basset hounds as well as many other dogs are very susceptible to ear infections or yeast in the ear so protecting the ears from things like water and or moisture are very important. I love how this product fits my dog, the adjustable knobs are very easy to use as well. If you need something to protect your dogs ears i definitely recommend this!

Wiggly dog
Fit good on all my bullies. As long as they aren’t wiggling it’s very easy to put on them.

Actually works
I really didn’t have high hopes, my Golden Retriever has such thick fur and was having skin problems under one ear. I dry her with a good dog dryer but that area is tender and hard to dry. Even with gentle airflow I just couldn’t get it completely dry. I slipped it over her head and tightened it quickly, and she didn’t seem to mind at all. She swam, I rinsed her and was delighted to find her fur underneath dry when I slipped it off. Great and simple product!

Swim hood
This works the best out of everything I have tried. It doesn’t keep the dogs ears completely dry but helps so they aren’t taking in gallons of water while in the pool

Perfect for floppy ear pups
I have 3 pugs they get rear infections so easily..... especially after the bath. We were suggested to put cotton balls into their ears, but they didn't stay in. When I saw these I thought I'd try them out. They were easy to put on.... They don't do as well staying in place if you fur babies move around a lot.... Their heads goes in.My husband and I had to roll then up a little because they were really long. However their ears stayed dried, and my pups seem to tolerate the hoods pretty easily.I love how there is a 3 pack, I also love his affordable they are. They seem like good quality and durability. They also cinched up nicely!I highly recommend these for all floppy eared pup owners

Did not work
I was hoping this would work to keep the water out of my dogs ear while swimming because he gets ear infections but it did not work at all. He kept it on and it was very snug but when I took it off it was full of water. Bummer. Total waste of money as far as keeping water out in the pool.

Great way to keep water out of your dogs ears when bathing
I didn't even know something like this existed. It's always a challenge keeping water out of our dogs ears when bathing. They have erect ears, so usually you have to hold them down or an errant spray of water can go right in their earhole. And that makes bathing no fun for anyone! When I first ordered these, I thought they might be elastic, but they are not. The material itself does not stretch at all, but there are two drawstrings on either end. That works well enough when controlling water spray while bathing, but no way this will be waterproof for swimming. The material is definitely waterproof, but you cannot (and should not) pull the drawstrings tight enough to keep water out. Plus, I doubt any dog will tolerate this on their head when left to their own devices. Ours try immediately to paw them off, but when bathing we can keep them from doing that. They are already pretty resigned to the bath, so the bath cap isn't something they focus on. But I would never put one on a dog for swimming or rain... that's a little ridiculous.
