The caddy itself is as described. Certainly seems to be stainless steel and isn't immediately going rusty like the previous thing bought from Homebase.It does demonstrate an economical use of material - there is a certain springiness to it. The instructions suggest the rails might be slightly out of true, and they are, and suggests bending them square. Owing to the springiness, I chose not to do this just by hand - would rather support the material using pliers next to the welds to avoid potentially breaking them if I were to do that. But in fact (and unusually for me) the slightly askew nature of some of it doesn't offend the eye so I haven't bothered.There's certainly plenty of room for stuff in it, and it so far meets the main criterion which is it's stainless steel and isn't going rusty. And it didn't cost a fortune. So overall good value for money and recommended.The item arrived in Amazon packaging - an overlarge cardboard box mostly filled with crumpled brown paper which half-filled the room before I actually found the shower caddy.

Very happy with the product, looks good and the rubber on the hanger is a helpful touch, as are the suckers at the bottom. Just hope it doesn't rust. The only reason it didn't get 5 stars is the middle shelf isn't quite deep enough for my tall shampoo, though the top ones do the job well enough, if you were a shorter person you might struggle to reach it. Delivery was great and I loved the fact that the packaging contained only one piece of plastic, though I didn't feel that this bit of plastic added anything helpful to the packaging or delivery.

Excellent quality shower tidy. Long enough to hold all bottles and shower accessories. Looks very neat in shower as not too wide. Great spacing between shelves. Suction pads are great for keeping it in place.Highly recommended.

Very prompt delivery, however there are no sucker pads and as a person of small stature I do find the top tray difficult to reach. Personally would prefer a softer more rounded feel to the metal. Hope this is helpful.

Well made item, plenty of room for all your shower essentials, great service from the seller as it arrived without the suckers to hold bottom of caddy still , contacted seller by email they replied within an hour and next day received replacement suckers in post , fantastic service for a great looking product

The shower caddy is everything I wanted, three trays plenty of room for all toiletries from the three of us.

Love the grip at the top so it doesn’t scratch my new shower, the trays are far enough apart that you can fit taller bottles. My only small thing is mine arrived with only one suction for the bottom, would have loved to have had them both.

Disappointed - in use just less than 3 months and already there are signs of rust. Not what I expected of a more expensive version in stainless steel.
