I moved into a new place and they had a rusty moen faucet, I wanted to change the faucet head but nothing was compatible with that pullout faucet sprayer, since it used some funky size less than G1/2. and I wasnt able to find something that works anywhere and buying the same one from their website would cost alot for just the sprayer head.So I looked everywhere to find the best choice for replacing my kitchen faucet.After many searches in local stores and online I chose this faucet because of the looks and good reviews, which were in fact true!It came with all the parts and hoses required, however I found a handyman from yelp to replace my existing one to be on the safe side, it was replaced in 15 minutes. I am so happy with this new faucet since it gives me much extra room while using the sink, and it also uses standard faucet head *in case if we ever need to replace*.It good looking and no leaks, I have had it installed for almost 2 months now, and I am very satisfied with this purchase.I wanted to have extra room on the side of the sink so I installed it so installed it this way, but you can install the water valve on either side or in the front just like how I have mine.The customer service is also very fast responding and great. After installation I noticed when I change the water style (pushing the button on top of the sprayer to do stream or spray) when I put it on stream it had some water still dripping from the spray side. I contacted the customer service and they replaced the head. They were nice, helpful and responsive.I would definitely recommend this faucet. I like the quality, style and customer service.

Adapting the two is not easy, as parts for this are not readily available from chain hardware or home improvement stores!

I looked around at all my options for a replacement faucet and I'm glad I chose this one. My old faucet was similar to this but this one is a little taller and sprayer head is at less of an angle.Pros.Looks greathas good pressuregood priceeverything is included.cons.Supply lines don't fit on standard US 3/8 in shut off valves no matter what they say. They are 3/8 in but ID not OD.I had to buy 2 different adapters to get the supply lines to fit.Not standard supply lines, should be longer. If I hadn't had to but adapters to make them fit they would have been too short and you cant just go to the store and buy them.Uses a spring to pull the sprayer back in instead of a weight. I didn't like the spring so I put the weight on from my old faucet and removed the spring.Despite a few things I didn't like I would buy this faucet again.

I have been looking for a long neck faucet for our reverse osmosis water system faucet for years. This one is wonderful! It extends out and we can put a gallon jug under it to refill. Because it fills straight down without projecting out like most of the faucets, the water continues to flow into the target even if the water flow diminishes because the tank is running low. The unit is very well made and I think it will last a lot longer than the previous models we've had. I hope they continue to make this product for a long time!

1. Sprout is not same material as body of faucet; it seems plastic and scratches easily. same for the deck plate. Very cheap.2. Very dufficult to pull out the pull level and very difficult to push back.3. The full retraction requires force and accuracy from the part of the user as there is a notch on the base that the handle needs to go into in order to fully retract.4. The pull / retract mechanism is based on a spring, unlike the weight or magnet mechanisms that most faucets of this kind use. Springs deteriorate over time.5. The swivel motion of the faucet body is very stiff; requires considerable force to swivel.6. No instructons / tool to remove aerator in order to clean.7. Installation very difficult as one has to tie a round nut on the babk of the sink where there is very little space for tools to work with.

Just had it installed a week ago. Rubbed bronze finish could not have matched better the existing main faucet (Moen). It replaced a Culligan faucet (all plastic) that came with the Culligan RO system. This uses 1/4" tubing, whereas the Culligan RO system uses 3/8" tubing, so the plumber needed to find a reducer. Water flow is strong, and we especially like the long neck; very useful!

The instructions that come with the faucet is minimal at best, if you do buy this save yourself some frustration and make sure that the plastic piece for the spray line is turned correctly and pushed in before you attempt to put the washers and screw plate on. The connection to my water line though it was the right size it was not the correct treading so I had to go buy an adapter to make it fit. After a very long time and much frustration installing this faucet, I finally got everything connected, plumber taped, and tighten down to find out one of the waterline hoses was bad.

This is clearly a factory 2nd modelMy unit came with no directionsThe shorter water connection is for coldThe long water connection is for hot!THIS IS NOT NORMAL IN THE PLUMBING WORLD.Also the spout is 1 degree off center.Thank goodness this was installed in my personal garage.This product is unacceptable to use in a professional application.
