great swimming aid for upper body strength
My wife swims 3 or 4 mornings every week, unless the pool is closed due to storms. Her swim bag has been slowly getting more implements in it—fins, hand fins, etc. This small float seems well made (basically, it's a stack of EVA foam layers, which as anyone who has seen pool noodles know, are pretty indestructible)—unless the adhesive that is between the layers fails. If this happens, in a shorter than expected tie, I'll update this review.
