NOW Foods Supplements, Pycnogenol 60 mg (a Unique Combo of Proanthocyanidins from French Maritime Pine) with Acerola & Rutin Powder, 50 Veg Capsules

I have been dealing with slight ED for around a year now. I read all the reviews on Pycnogenol and L-Arginine. I decided to try the L-Arginine first. I take 5000mg per day and occasionally take 10,000mg. Dosages seem to be all over the board as to what different people recommend. I have not experience the, “explosions” that other reviewers mentioned. I am 47 years old, and like I said my ED is not extremely bad. However, a couple of weeks in I did start feeling more energy and was not having any ED issues. I decided to add on the Pycnogenol. I have been taking 60mg (one pill) per day. It is more expensive than the L-Arginine, so I will probably stay at this dose. I will say that there are NO ED issues currently happening, and I feel great! I believe it is from the combination and I have only been taking the Pycnogenol for about a week. I do not have the drive that I use to have and would like back, but everything does work as it is suppose to work. I take NOW brand products for almost all of my supplements, and have always been pleased with the quality and price. Mostly I take now for the convince on ordering on Amazon. Other brands may work just as well, but why risk it?I have tried Viagra and Cialis in the past, neith of these medications were all that impressive to me. They got the job done, but my energy level was still low. It felt like I was putting a bad-aid on the issue versus fixing it. This combination is my choice. I am taking the time to write all of this because I understand how annoying this issue can be. Hopefully this review and the supplements will help others.

This is all good. However, after hearing that pycnogenols help with peri-menopausal and menopausal symptoms, I immediately started on it daily. It takes a month to see and feel results, but after that, it only gets better. It works to help balance hormones and balance the changes. I've been using this product for over 6 months now, and have never had a hot flash, and most of my symptoms have disappeared. I am sleeping well again, no longer have those crazy ups and downs, and I feel steady. I take 3 pycnogenols daily and I feel great!

I've recently started taking supplements to improve blood pressure and circulation and this is one of the ones I'm using. So far I'm very happy with the quality and effectiveness of this supplement. I've been taking it with L-Arginine, Yohimbine HCl, Horny Goat Weed (w/ Maca), Zinc, and Magnesium. My resting blood pressure is more stable and I'm definitely able to perform longer and harder when exerting myself.My one complaint is that it's expensive and there's only 50 capsules to a bottle. Is it still worth it? In my opinion the answer is yes but I'd hope to see lower prices in the future.

I have bought this twice and didnt notice any positive or negative effects, Im a 42 year old male and take good care of my skin. Trying to fend off father time. Took 2 every morning and sometimes one in the afternoon. I love supplements but could not tell any difference in taking this product. SO probably wont order any more.

I use this supplement for helps vein circulation, I fell a biggest g difference in my circulation when I use this suplement.

I like to drink a solution of Arginine AKG and Citrulline Malate on an empty stomach and take a few capsules of this Pycnogenol with some Viagra and Yohimbine. Real Pycnogenol, a patented extract of French Maritime Pine Bark, is always very expensive, but I think it makes the Arginine and Viagra and stuff work better together. I'm planning to try some of another variety of extract of French Maritime Pine Bark that's much cheaper.

This pycnogenol by Now has been incredibly helpful to me. My sleep is improved and my body is calm. It seems to be just this particular formula with Rutin that helps. If you research both pycnogenol and rutin you’ll see the many vascular, nervous system and cardiovascular benefits they both have.

I have taking antioxidant products for years. I'm now 84 years old and even though I've been taking pycnogenol for a while now I discovered quite by accident that it has really made a difference in my ability to recall names and to remember things that I normally would struggle to bring up with the word for. I realized this after I ran out and begin to notice I couldn't recall people's names I couldn't remember names of movie stars I was trying to talk about my ability to pull up words and names that I had not been having trouble with became pretty pronounced. Of course it when you age would expect that but I realized that I had run out of the pycnogenol and the reorder had not come in yet. As soon as it arrived I got back on the pycnogenol and in no time that problem went away completely. I even discussed this with my sister-in-law and she wanted to try it and she said she had the same result. I will never stop taking it because people cannot believe what a great memory I have.
