Missing Laser Head – Disappointing Experience
"I received my Dyson V15 today, but unfortunately, it was delivered without the laser head that detects dust. This is a key feature of the vacuum, and its absence is very disappointing. For the price, I expected a complete product. I will have to go through the hassle of contacting support or returning the item, which is frustrating. Not a great experience."

I don’t get the hype
I ordered this vacuum based on the hype around the brand. I thought it must be something of it since it’s getting so much praise.After unboxing and trying it out I have to say I don’t get it at all.Compared to my previous Tefal X Force, I can only see a lot of cons:- no docking station - sure, I knew that, but still…- lack of bending arm - I can tell now how much useful that was (especially for my back)- no light/laser in the brush head to be able to better see the particles- having to hold the trigger button throughout?!?! why???- even the brush movement is not as seamless as it was with Tefal…- colors too wild for my taste, too.Suction power is excellent. Counting particles by type good to have, not a must - as if I need to know what was hiding in my breadcrumbs or cat hair.I personally don’t recommend it.

No Hepa Filter + No fluffy Fluffy Optic cleaner head for Hard floors
While the Dyson V15 Detect Extra (UAE Version) still delivers strong suction and smart dust detection, the missing HEPA filter and Fluffy Optic™ cleaner head make it feel incomplete for the price. If you have a lot of hard floors or are sensitive to allergens, you may want to reconsider or look for a version that includes these essential features.

It’s missing the laser head. I was expecting it, and it’s very disappointing that it doesn’t have the key feature.
