Convenient and effective
So glad to find the apple cider vinegar in capsule form. I've tried the liquid versions, but it just too terrible tasting to use regularly. I've been able to be a lot more consistent with the pill form and it seems to be working well for my routine and appetite as well. I got interested in apple cider vinegar because I read that it will help block cravings for sweets (my week spot) and it seem s to be helping. It seems to be helping to curb my appetite in general. So far, I'm happy with the results. My husband also takes this now for his acid reflux and he seems to think it helps.

Never drinking the liquid again!
This is so much easier on the stomach and teeth and trying to choke down the liquid. When I'm running late in the mornings I would frequently skip drinking the liquid version so I'm a lot more consistent with the pill. My daughter also takes it but she opens the pill and pours the powder on her breakfast.

Fisrt off, my wife and I were huge advocates of drinking mothers apple cider vinegar and it was always painful for me to drink. Since discovering the pill form I’ve continued to see and feel the benefits as though I were still drinking the cider. I’ve never heard of this brand before but thought I’d give them a shot because the other vitamin company I was ordering from was frequently short on supply. Before I took the vitamin I tested the potency compared to the brand I currently use and couldn’t find a noticeable difference. It seems like the vitamin is of high quality as I’ve continued to see and feel the benefits of taking the cider vitamin.

Great option for consuming apple cider vinegar instead of drinking the liquid! The seller was very prompt in answering questions as well! Love how modern and simplistic the bottle looks sitting on my counter.
