Cheap
A bit cheap and despite very high water pressure it's not that great when on the floor, needs to be on a table really. 2 year old found it fun for 10 minutes

Tricky to attach to standard hose
The bit you push the hose onto to connect this is quite wide - my two standard hoses didn't fit it. Once we got it attached to another hose it is great fun and the kids love it.

Great water fun!
My son loves this (6 yrs)! I was worried after seeing the reviews that my water pressure might mean the tentacles didn't move, but they do! Usually there are 2 or 3 which are more static, but the others flap around and cause great excitement for the children! It sprays really far too!! Better raised (we use an upturned bucket) to allow the tentacles to move more.

Great if you have the water pressure
Works well and the children enjoy it. But needs quite high water pressure, so don't put it at the end of a long coiled garden hose.

Bought this as I had seen a photo of it workingUnfortunately I wish i hadn’t, it’s just a bit useless.Our water pressure is very good but the majority of the arms remain fixed in one place, albeit with a massive jet of water coming out the endIt’s also surprisingly small and the price does seem excessive for a bit of coloured plastic.Don’t waste your money, there must be better options out thereIan

Great fun if it works
We had an octopus before, for years, it was huge fun with its tentacles swishing around and the spray getting you always unprepared. This is how it should be but the latest one did not perform so well. It was difficult to get more than two tentacles working, and in the end, when we had 4 working, for just once, that was it. Very disappointing for all.
