Good quality
A well made yellow plastic box. Being plastic means it resists moisture and no splinters. Good and solid with excellent proper hinges and catch. It has a numbered cork base for the side holders (1-100) and and index sheet on the top inside. You can stack several so they don't slide off each other. Might be a problem if you stack them horizontally. Just remember which way up the box is when you open it.

Good quality and at a great price.
I bought this based on other reviews. The box itself is made of hard plastic and very sturdy. It is well made, locks the lid securely in place and hasn't loosened when transported from A to B (stored vertically in my bag).The slots for the glass slides are also sturdy, keeping them in place. They are just wide enough to store two glass slides in each slot. I've stored mine singly and there are 100 slots. The lid has a lined card where you can write down the sample number of each slot. Overall it is a very useful box for storing microscope slides and at a fantastic price. I would definitely recommend buying.

Check slide sizes?
This is a nice well made box . We bought it to go with a microscope kit. Unfortunately the pre-prepared slides I purchased are a smaller then other slides so do not slot into this box, which is somewhat disappointing. I would advised checking slide sizes as I now realise they come in different sizes

Nice storage for microscope slides
I wanted a way to store some microscope slides that I wanted to keep so our kids can go back and look at things that don't necessarily go back, such as snake or lizard skins they find in the yard. It's nice knowing the slides are protected rather than being tossed around in a box.The price was good and in line for what it is.The quality is decent for being all plastic.The size is good for the number of slides it holds.
