This tongue holder does not work. I still snores, it was less but still there, I found it very hard to swallow, it pulled my tongue really hard when I did try to swallow & was painful. Messing with my tongue made me make more saliva which made me need to swallow more which was painful. Tried it 3 nights in a town & couldn’t ever get used to wearing it. Don’t recommend this tongue holder. It can’t be returned either so be aware of that.

This device is absolute crap. Doesn’t work and was thrown out after the first night. The plus is that it comes with a decent case.

This works great for me since my snoring is caused by my tongue relaxing at the back of my throat while sleeping. It can be uncomfortable if you squeeze too hard while inserting your tongue. You don't need to create a strong suction. Simply pushing your tongue in without squeezing the bulb will create a small amount of differential pressure to gently hold your tongue in place. I am not sure how much it reduced my snoring but I no longer toss and turn and my throat is not sore anymore from snoring when I wake up.

I have a $1500 dental appliance from the dentist to move my jaw forward. This device has a similar effect by moving the tongue forward. Easy to use. Tongue is a bit numb in the morning with this device, make sure you use it gently. Suction does not need to be high to be effective. I recommend.

This didn’t work at all. It is very thin and when I tried to return it, I was disappointed to discover it is not returnable. Hopefully I can get a refund from the seller.

Don’t buy this product. It doesn’t work because it won’t stay on. Waste of money since you can’t return it. Would have given negative stars if possible.

Didn't reduce my snoring. My tongue was sore and swollen the next morning.
