Mine was delivered next day! It measures oxygen saturation and pulse rate correctly (measured against my doctor's to test). It is easy to use and comes with a clear display for easy reading. It offers different data models and different display modes which I thought was really neat. Also there is an audible beep, not sure yet what that indicates yet but it's there! Happy with my purchase. Thanks Boost Oxygen!

I was not satisfied with the product! I did not pay $10.66 for it. Why am I not getting a full refund????

This arrives with a notice to switch the direction of the batteries before turning this on. The batteries are put in "incorrectly" to preserve their life. So, first, pop out the batteries and then insert them correctly. Next, turn this on.You will quickly see that the read-out is easy to see. Likewise, this feels comfortable on your finger: nothing here pinches or squeezes no matter how many times a day you use it (or how long you leave it on). Nice!Compared to other pulse oximeters I owe, this is spot-on accurate. Impressive!I really appreciate how easy to is to use, how easy it is to read, and how accurate the read-out seems to be. Well worth the investment. Tuck this in your first aid kit and always be ready! Recommended!

The media could not be loaded. I like using this Boost Oxygen Deluxe Fingertip Pulse Oximeter with Plethysmograph and Perfusion Index.This pulse oximeter comes with a lanyard and usage instructions. Batteries were preinstalled. Since it didn't come with a case, I purchased one for it (pictured).It takes up to 10 seconds to get a reading.My household uses 4 other pulse oximeters, and this one is on point with all of them. The readings are almost a perfect match to them.When I get a new pulse oximeter, I take it to my doctor's office to compare readings. I want to be able to check its accuracy. This passed the test, and I will be happy to use it.If you don't use this pulse ox for an extended period, be sure to remove the batteries. I had some batteries corrode in one that rendered it unusable.

This is working well for me regarding heart rate and oxygen levels. It’s simple and easy to use. You can alter the settings to vertical or horizontal whichever your preference is. Just remember, none of them read well with cold fingers so warm them up for consistent correct readings. Great price. Highly recommend.
