Worked very well
Straight out of the box, I was able to download the necessary files to get this device to communicate via ISP to my ATMega2560 MC to update the software from Version V14 to Version 23 in my Retro Chip Tester.

Guter ISP Programmer zum fairen Preis
Der Stick funktioniert prima in Zusammenarbeit mit avrdude unter Linux. Ich verwende den Stick unter Debian Jessie x64. Es kommt manchmal vor, dass es mit einem langem ISP Kabel (mehr als 50cm, mit Adapter 6 auf 10 Pol im Strang) zwei - drei Anläufe braucht, bis ein Sync zustande kommt. Steht der Sync zwischen Atmega und Programmer, ist es bei mir noch nie zu einem Fehler gekommen. Ich habe damit erfolgreich folgende Atmega programmiert: Attiny45, Attiny85, Atmega8, Atmega328p, Atmega32, Atmega32a, Atmega644p, Atmega1284p.Hier noch die avrdude Befehlszeile: avrdude -c avrispv2 -p m328 -P /dev/ttyACM0

Wird vom Mac und Win11 erkannt aber nicht kompatibel mit Arduino IDE
Der Programmer wird zwar richtig installiert. Nach zwei Tagen testen auf dem Mac oder Windows 11 ist es mir nicht gelungen den Programmer mit der Arduino IDE zum laufen zu bringen. Selbst die Anleitung des Herstellers hat nicht geholfen. Sehr enttäuschend, Ware geht zurück.

Lange genug mit USBASP geraffel rumgeärgert
Dieser Adapter funktioniert einfach nur. Und zwar immer und einfach so.Ein wahrer Traum wenn man sich lang genug mit USBASP oder Arduino as ISP rumgeärgert hat.
