Once applied UT started irritating and rashes came

I had really bad pigmentation on my legs, from several months, I've used range of products, from super expensive to not so much, but nothing helped, then on Insta, I learned about this product, luckily it was available in the UK. I've been applying it since 15 days and the pigmentation/ dark spots have remarkably faded. I apply it at night, so that it has long time to work, I'm applying bunch of other stuff still, but I'm certain it's only this cream that's having the effect.

Actually I used for my pigmented area on my forehead...it good on pimple black spot...not work on my forehead darker than my skin
