Purchased two of these but only needed to use one fortunately. I put a towel in it and my purse and travel documents. Within two hours the seams had started to separate. By the time I got to my destination the whole side of the bag had split and my purse fell out. Awful quality, can't return either as the window has closed.

I wanted a small duffle bag for my toddler as I have trouble sneaking the bag under the seats during the long journeys. This I would say is a perfect bag for keeping all the essentials for easy access and at the same time stuff under the seats with no challenges. I can safely say I have made number of journeys so far with the bag and never had a trouble,

Purchased for a hospital visit. Not bulky so doesn't take up un-necessary space. Bit disappointed with the zip - it is not too strong. For the money - it is well worth it as an extra

Very poor quality, purchased 2 bags and both have broken , zip broken on both after 1 use

Used it for a short trip abroad, the zip broke off once, I fixed it and then it broke again on the day I was flying back - ended up having to buy a new bag which cost more than this one

Excellent value for money looks smart

it is lightweight and a decent size , however, the zip broke after the 2nd time so it was poor value. As I didn't use it immediately after purchase, the returns date was past for me to request a refund. It went in the bin . Not recommended.
