Check google scholar you will see the study on this. It really makes me feel so strong the next day. Careful, too much ornithine boosts HGH too much so reduce dose if you are not getting 8hrs sleep.The ALCAR requires choline to work so get some citicoline.

Great If You're on a Parasite Protocol
My nutritionist recommended L-Ornithine to reduce my night-time sweating while taking anti-parasite herbs. I couldn't believe how well it worked! Her brand was super expensive, though, and this product by NOW worked just as well. I took just under a Tbsp to stay comfortable at night.
