Easy and effective
I have really hard water that usually ends up destroying my appliances. Tried a liquid cleaner before and it did an okay job but this really cleaned it like new and after following the instructions it also didn’t make the water after taste horrible. Will be using once a month to keep my kettle nice and clean.

Kettle deeply calcified.To be fair - cheaper to buy new but a challenge accepted.Used about 6 sachets and followed instruction.Great product.Kettle is now like new.Definitely a rebuy when needed.Easy to use. No great smells. Good size. 3 sashes will last a year if done periodically.

This descaler was purchased to descale my kettle, which it did but I had to use 2 sachets and heat multiple times. It did work but the quality was to be desired as it didn’t fully descale as I had hoped. Ok value for money as gets the job done but takes longer than others.

its just 100% citric acid
These are 20g sachets of citric acid - the sachet itself says "100% citric acid". Its way cheaper to just buy citric acid and use 20g at a time when descaling the kettle.Works ok - ive had to use 2 sachets to get the kettle looking ok but its definately not totally cleared.

Fantastic and great service. Shipping was faster than expected.
For kettles: 1. Half fill your kettle and boil. 2. Unplug it when it’s finished. 3. Pour the contents of one sachet into your kettle and leave for 30 minutes. 4. Rinse thoroughly and make a cup of tea, you deserve it. Kettles that are heavily scaled may need another go. For irons: 1. Heat your iron up and when it’s hot, unplug it. 2. Mix the contents of one sachet with enough hot water to half fill your iron, and pour it in. 3. Hold your iron over the sink and switch on steam until all the contents have steamed out. 4. Refill with fresh water and flush through until all the residue’s gone - you can check this by ironing an old piece of fabric. Wait a minute! Before you start, check that descaling is recommended by the manufacturer.
