Q: Does the The Pocket Juice POIYTL Power Bank come with a cord?

It does come with a small USB-A to USB-C cable. Which can be used to recharge the power bank itself, or to charge a device that uses USB-C like an android phone.

Q: How to turn on the flashlight? I press off/on button so long and the flashlight still not working

I personally didn't buy this specific power bank but majority of the time it's the press and hold power button to activate the flash light. Try clicking it several times and see if that helps turning it on. If not then you could have a defective unit in terms of the flash light option not functioning.

Q: Will this power bank work on a Surface Laptop 5 series? I noticed my battery already degrading and it is built in, very difficult to replace.
