Glad i took the plundge!
So i bought this after alot of searching on the web, The day i bought it the very next day the X4 was announced! But that hasnt made me love this little camera any less. I love my gadgets and i still cant get over just how much tech is built into the camera.The software i prefer on an ipad or laptop as my phone screen is just a little small. The features the software has too is mind blowing, you can make some great videos with the AI function.

Picture quality poor and breaks easily
The lens got scratched the first time I tried using the official tripod (because the tripod is really top-heavy with the camera on top of it!)I tried to send it back for repairs but that'd require me to post it to Hong Kong (and, presumably, incur customs fees...)I think I'm just gonna cut my losses on this one, get a different camera, and see if I can have this one repaired locally at some point in the future.

Not easy and the quality is terrible. Customer service is not good with no understanding
I have very few pictures I like the quality of. I have no idea to what to do to get a good picture.To send a 360 to family or frineds they ask you to post it to a community where everyone can see it. They tell me to set it as private but WHY SHOULD I SEND TO A COMMUNITY.Customer service is terrible. Sadly I belive that there are no english speaking people there or people with lack of English skills. I ask a question and the answer was not even close, then when I tell them I do not understand they say, we hope the situation is sorted now.The communication between us has been poor with them not knowing what I am asking and givien a totally different answer. Before you buy this, see if you know anyone with one and try it for yourself. I am totally dissapointed with it. The only good thing is the 360 part.When using the camera it gets VERY VERY HOT. So hot that you would not trust it.I had to get a battery powered selfie stick to keep the camera going.Files are large but sadly the quality is not what I would expect from a camera that has been advertised like that. Not the camera for me. It has good features but no good if the final quality is bad.
