It arrived on time in decent packaging so no damage to the contents. The instructions are inside the cellophane seat packaging which I think is a daft idea because it is better to read the instructions to make sure the product is suitable before you fully open it in case you have to return it. Nevertheless The instructions were quite clear and I fitted the seat ok. It fits perfectly after some adjustments and seems quite robust and functions perfectly so far so I am more than happy with it for the price I paid.

Good product and of good value for money.The screw anchors could be better as I am forever retightening them up, as they mostly plastic. I am unable to tighten up to much as I could crack toilet pan or split plastic fittings. Quite a lot of care and maintenance conditions that may have to considered for family use. ( I put small clear buffers to toilet cistern to protect lid from damage)

Well, someone said in a review the hardest job was removing old seat! How true, female who thinks she is a handyperson, took me brute force and 4 weeks to remove old fittings.This seat now has pride of place. Very simple to install, two screws bit of jiggery pokery to line it up and hey presto! 10 minutes at most.I like the idea of being able to remove completely for cleaning and added bonus it's soft close.Great value for money, easy to fit and very comfortable!

Cheaper than most but it's also lighter and so takes a while to close using gravity. Otherwise it is a good fit and easy to fit too. Not as strong as the original so we will see if it lasts.

I bought and fitted two of these seats a couple of months ago. They were easy to fit, with the fittings supplied being much better than the originals that came with the toilets.Unlike the original seats I had, the plastic they’re made from feels slightly flimsy. In practice this isn’t actually a bad thing, the seats flex a bit when in use and there’s been no hint that they’ll break. The originals were much thicker and much more brittle and eventually they just snapped.Would highly recommend these

The media could not be loaded. Nothing about this seat says quality. Absolutely demented tightening this seat constantly or it slipping and pinching one of the kids. It's very light weight and flimsy. Feels cheap and is no where near the quality of the seat it replaced which was the same design and the fittings appear the same but lasted 4 years

Easy to fit and seems sturdy
