PoE World Gigabit PoE Injector | GPOE-4B 4 Ports

Not what I was looking for as I really wanted a POE switch but this was the only item I could find to power some older Unifi APs with the correct voltage. Seller was great and checked out beforehand that what I wanted to do was going to work.
