Bought these for squatting with weights so they had to be sturdy and non-slip, and so far they’re great, really doing the job 👌 I have little ankle flexibility so need a heel prop for squats atm, and yeah, I recommend this one

There are great value, and are firm. They will not sag or deflate like a cushion. So, if you need something as a support, these are great for that.

Hacen su función. Son fuertes y estables. Al sobreponerlas, no se alinean perfectamente en las orillas pero es un problema estético, siguen siendo perfectamente estables. La superficie sí puede ser resbalosa si se usan descalzo o sin zapato deportivo. Le pongo 5 estrellas porque hacen su función para mis ejercicios y el precio es mucho mejor que otros que encontré.
