I bought this following other peoples positive reviews as I don't have children myself so always need help when buying gifts for other peoples.This book was a for a 1st birthday present and although I was a little concerned it might be a bit 'old' for a 1 year old I figured worst case scenario he will grow 'into it'.Not only did little one love it but so did mum and dad, nana and grandad and the other kids at the party too. He kept touching the animals as they moved and as he seems to be a book lover anyway I am pretty sure it will stand in good stead for years to come too.I would absolutely recommend this and a few people at the party have already logged on to buy one for their own little ones too.

Spotted whilst on holiday in America. Not seen anything similar in the UK. My toddler enjoying moving the pages.

We got this as a present for a baby. I got one of these scanimation books already years ago for a baby of a friend and the moving pictures are very fascinating for any age to look at. quite good for children as well as the pages are thick and easy to turn also for little hands. There is big text with few words so it's easy to read when learning to read.Would definitely buy this again. I can't get enough of turning the pages myself and making the animals jump, run, swim, or fly forwards and backwards.

Lovely little book, an absolute must have in a a little ones collection. A sweet little story as well as the clever moving pictures.
