Fantastic Toothbrush, But Wifi Setup Was Tricky
I’ve been using the Oral-B iO10 Electric Toothbrush for a few weeks now, and I must say it’s an excellent product. The Cosmic Black design is sleek and modern, and it feels solid and high-quality in hand. The 7 modes offer plenty of options for personalized brushing, and I’ve noticed a significant improvement in my overall oral health since I started using it.The 3 toothbrush heads are great, and the included charging travel case is a fantastic addition, making it easy to take the toothbrush on the go. The head holder is a nice touch, helping keep everything organized. However, I did have some issues with connecting the base to WiFi. It took a bit of trial and error to get it working, and I found that the base didn’t seem to like special characters in my WiFi password. Once I figured that out, the app synced well, and I can now track my brushing habits. One other downside is the price. It’s definitely a premium product, and while I think it’s worth the investment if you want the best, it is quite expensive.Overall, I highly recommend this toothbrush for anyone looking for a top-of-the-line option, but be prepared for a bit of frustration during the WiFi setup. Still, it’s an outstanding product, and I’m very happy with my purchase!

Excellent, fully-featured toothbrush
I’ve used electric toothbrushes for many years, both Sonicare and Oral-B, but this is the best I’ve owned yet, by far. First impressions are that it feels solid and well made. The speckled finish is unusual and quite attractive; the body of the brush is grippy without feeling rubbery. The screen wakes automatically when you pick it up, which is a nice touch. The charging base is solid, looks good and displays the current time, which is another nice touch. It holds the brush in place magnetically, which means there are fewer nooks and crannies to collect dirt. The travel case seems fine, and will certainly protect the brush, but doesn’t feel quite as premium as the brush and stand. In use, it’s much quieter than my previous brush, an Oral-B Pro 2500, which sounds positively agricultural by comparison. The cleaning action feels gentler, too, which suits me, as I tend to brush too hard. The pressure sensor is also very useful in this regard, as it seems more sensitive to hard brushing than previous brushes, and shows when the correct, or an incorrect amount of pressure is being applied, via lights on the brush, base and in the app.The toothbrush, app and base all paired easily, although when I copied and pasted my Wi-Fi password into the app it wouldn’t connect to my network; I had to enter it manually. Once up and running, everything works smoothly. The base has lights which illuminate, in different colours, to indicate your progress as you work your way around your mouth. This is useful, but the app is very much more detailed, and indicates how well each area of your mouth has been cleaned, and where further cleaning is required. It’s almost uncanny, how accurately the brush/app determines where the brush is in your mouth at any given moment. Occasionally it tells me I’ve missed a bit, and doesn’t seem to register when I go back and brush the area again, which is a little annoying. However, generally, I’ve found it accurate, and quite motivating, and I don’t skip brushing and flossing in order to maintain my streak in the app. The app identifies trends, and you can view the information recorded during previous cleaning sessions in the history section. Unfortunately, there’s no mount or stand supplied, so you must hold your phone in your hand while you brush your teeth. In terms of the cleaning performance, it’s obviously subjective, by my teeth really do feel squeaky clean afterwards, as if I’ve just been to the dentist. The cleaning experience reminds me of a previous Sonicare brush, but I much prefer the smaller, more manoeuvrable Oral-B heads. The battery life is excellent, a vast improvement on my last toothbrush, and it charges much faster, in around 3 hours. The toothbrush screen displays a graph showing exactly how much power is remaining, including the battery percentage. In summary, I think this is a superb toothbrush. It’s very good quality, cleans my teeth beautifully, motivates me to do so regularly, and the app provides all the information about my brushing habits I could ever want. Highly recommended.

The Gadget That Turns Oral Hygiene into an Art Form
Did extensive research and probably wasted too much time on this, but I finally settled on this iO toothbrush. At first glance, it might seem like the love child of a tech convention and a dental conference, but let me tell you, the charging puck actually makes a huge difference. It’s like having a tiny oral hygiene coach yelling, “Don’t slack off!” every time you brush. Most of us would lose track of how well we’re scrubbing those pearly whites, but this gadget keeps you honest. You don't need to fiddle with an app because it's always in the corner of your eye, giving you a silent, judgmental stare. Plus, the sleek design makes it look like the Ferrari of toothbrushes. The results? Sparkling clean teeth that even my dental hygienist admires.Talking downsides, the brush head is a bit on the thick side, which means sometimes you end up with toothpaste drool running down your arm. It's like a surprise audition for a slapstick comedy routine every morning. So better brush topless. And let’s not ignore the fact that this thing costs more than a small island. But hey, what else do you use multiple times a day that’s so critical for dental hygiene? From that perspective, I can justify it and highly recommend it. If you want your teeth to feel cleaner than a germaphobe’s kitchen, give this high-tech marvel a try. You’ll be laughing (and sparkling) all the way to your next dental appointment.

Not accurate! It is good, but not worth its price
I love everything about this except for one thing. You use the app or io sense to guide you where to brush. You also use the app to set a streak and make good habits. I used to brush my teeth in under 2 minutes. But I thought this would motivate me to spend more time. Now, I do spend much more time to do so, but it is sooooo frustrating. It won’t capture my left lower teeth in the app. I focused on this part for a whole 3 minutes and I still have a lot of difficulties to cover this spot. I expect a modern product like this to be accurate. One of the main differences between this model and the previous ones is the up sense (the circular thing with lights on it to guide you where to brush), and it won’t work correctly! Neither the io sense nor in the app.I looked for a support option in the app to submit this, and I couldn’t find it! You know I have a bike that has the support feature on their app! Overall, I expected much more from this tooth brush: to do what it claims to do. Is this too much to ask for?!
