We have purchased Nutripro blender (500w) on Amazon on 2nd October 2024, and after using for 6 months we started seeing a leaking from multipurpose blade base as there was a crack. Slowly it has been expanding and juices and liquid substance flowing out.As we have warrenty till 1st October 2026, i have reached out to cookwell team on their WhatsApp and within a week we received brand new blade cap of 2. That was a quick and very professional without any hurdles.And no other issues with the product till date, it works flawless and can be part of my daily needs.Thank you
