Hard to use. My 10 yr old is pretty handy in the kitchen and with putting stuff together. I had to help her quite a bit. Great product for the money and it kept her busy all morning.

Finally!! A child safe, easy to use, cooking set! The egg cracker is my favorite and my daughters favorite part!! I have always been nervous about my children helping in the kitchen and this product has lightened my fears! Also, the kits that you can purchase have easy to follow directions for the baking!

I ordered it for my Grand Daughter, she had no complaints about it.

Complicated, too complicated for a kid.

Plunging device nowhere NEAR strong enough to move the chocolate through the pen. My girls and I tried everything to get the chocolate softer including BOILING the bags for 20 minutes. I wish I could return the garbage but it was in so many pieces by the end and I was so frustrated and there was melted chocolate all over my kitchen and I crammed it all into the trash bin. Wow should I get a refund. Kids TOTALLY disappointed and the day was ruined.

Bought this for my daughter for Christmas, she really wanted it. It was horrible to put together and the chocolate hardens before you can get it all out. Plus you need to buy the refills to keep using it, so that's expensive. To be honest my daughter even thought the chocolate was gross and she would not even eat it. Buy a real pastry bag set or chocolate molds before considering this.

I wish I could give this 0 stars. It was not only difficult to assemble, it also did not work like it was suppose too. I bought this for my 8 year old daughters birthday and she ended up not even using the pen due to it not working.
