A Helicopter Engine Crammed Into a Stick
B.e.a.s.t. This thing is unreal, just tears through anything. We had a Russel Hobs immersion blender before this which lasted about 4 years with real light usage, never felt particularly great quality, this Braun animal is in a completely different league. It just feels like a quality tool, everything about it. It pulverises ice, add some juice and you're almost in sorbet territory, amazing smoothies and cocktails. The little chopper container accessory is really useful, blitzes onions down in seconds, use at half speed and you get a nice fine chop. Whisk is good and potato masher is handy. This is a bit pricey for what it is but it is worth every penny. Our regular counter top blender hasn't been out of the cupboard since we got this, it feels more powerful, convenient and super easy to clean. Proper bit of kit, haven't scratched the surface yet of what it can do.

All you’ll ever need for a lump-free life and so much more besides.
Pros* Multiple attachments* Tackles hard food with ease* Fast and efficientCons* Needs extra storage spaceThe most striking feature of this sleek, black and stainless-steel MultiQuick is how few buttons there are to operate with. A safety button on the top of the motor allows it to operate and another controls the speed – squeeze more to go faster, and release to slow it down. It also features EasyClick+ – a system that allows the main unit to connect and disconnect with all the accessories quickly. Further down, the leg has some thoughtful features: ActiveBlade, which allows it to be pushed up and down for better blending; SplashControl for mess-free worktops; and PowerBell Plus, which is an extra milling blade.I started with the MultiQuick’s ActiveBlade leg by making guacamole in the beaker using avocado, lime juice, salt and chilli. The up and down motion took some getting used to, but it was effective at creating a consistently smooth texture in seconds. There were no splashes on the worktop and no unwanted suction while in use. A quick rinse and it was ready to tackle the next task.Given the amount of kit, the MultiQuick 9 is more a mini food processor, making it a great option if you don’t have space for a full-sized processor. The safety button took me some getting used to but it wasn’t a major issue. The MultiQuick 9 delivers seriously speedy processing power.

Best stick blended there is
This is an absolutely brilliant product which is exceptionally well thought out. So much is great about this machine, from the electronic interlock to stop accidental activation to the zero splash blitzing attachment. Yes it is expensive but you get what you pay for. It looks like it is built to last years, it has oodles of power to blitz whatever comes its way, oh and it looks fantastic. No wonder it was used throughout the 2019 series of the GBBO. Highly recommended.

Great product, shabby packaging
I've only used the product a few times but I'm already in love with it. The packaging, however, was a complete joke - the mixer was sent in its original box without any further protection, the cardboard box was open (no tape or anything had been used to seal the box) and I'm lucky it got to me in one piece. So I highly recommend the Braun mixer, but next time will not purchase from the same seller.

Brilliant performer for our needs.
This is the most powerful Braun stick blender I have bought and should have done it years ago. I like the squeeze factor which governs the speed, the build quality is good and it is very versatile. I was lucky to be able to buy this at under £70, knowing what I know how I would have paid the more usual price.

Excellent
There are so many to choose from but I settled with this one and I'm very pleased with it. Used it to blend 2 litres of mushroom soup (mushrooms used to clog my old one) and it whizzed through it in less than a minute! Also, my old one used to pull towards the bottom of the pan and this one doesn't, so much easier. Used it to mash potatoes and they were as smooth as if they'd gone through a ricer in no time. Also, the squeeze handle to adjust speed is much better than the lever at the top of the handle on others. Easy to clean, would recommend.

So well made, it looks great
Oh this is so lovely! Great quality and built so well. I love the whisk for smaller stuff rather than getting my mixer out. The masher is fantastic but you just have to watch you don't over do it. Chopper great for smaller amounts like onions etc.Love it all. Just wish it had a stand or wall bracket hate just putting it in the drawer.Highly highly recommended

Hugely dissapointing
I am a BRAUN fan. Or used to be, that is. Had 2 older versions of the blender. The newest one is a total miss in terms of design. I know the intention was good, when they were thinking of the moving up and down blade. It might be better to crush the ice - never did it, so cannot comment. But for everything else it is a huge disaster. The blade in his "normal" position now is so high, hiding in the top of the holder, that it cannot simply suck in anything you want to blend. Soups, liquid doughs... forget pancackes and baby food. It is bad for big quantities of liquids. It is simply impossible for smaller portions of things to blend. Also, it is very disgracefull to try and abuse the customers: the new handle does not match old attachments. So if you are like me - an old fan and would like to use leftover pieces from old design - forget it.Overall - I would return it in a blink of an eye amd go for old version of Braun OR a competitor.
