I have severe spinal arthritis at both L4 and T3. In my car seats and home furniture I've tried various throw pillows and slick-marketed lumbar pads, but none function as well for my personal use as one of these small inflatable pillows. They provide pneumatic adjustability, thereby enabling my torso weight to be distributed uniformly, i.e. no “hot spots”. Moreover, I'm delighted with the minimalist aspect, due to its small dimensions and extremely light weight.TIPIf you'll be leaving one in a vehicle that's often parked in bright sunlight, a pillowcase is needed, as UV rays rapidly degrade vinyl (PVC) material. I paired it with the nominal size 12” × 16” zippered cotton pillowcases found at https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CF2YPSH2 They fit these inflatable pillows so perfectly that it's as if the two were from the same manufacturer and sold together as a set !

It's compact for traveling, & I'll blow it up & use it to sleep with (between my knees; helps my back), then deflate it for the trip home. Very reasonably priced!

Poor quality item. Would not inflate.

The Blue Ones are faulty.I ordered, exchanged, and got a new set.The blue one in each pack was not sealed properly on the seemDeflates.Also none of the pillows fill to the same thickness.You get what you pay for.

Easy to inflat, no leak, but item size does not match the description

It should hold air if it is not filled too hard. Back off from filling to max of air. You want softness anyway it should last without busting the seems.

I put one asis on my bag on the floor so I could use it as a footrest and keep my bag clean. Then I blew up one and put it under one arm, blew up another one put it under the other arm, blew up another one and put it in the small of my back. I also had a completely different blowup pillow for my head and neck. The reason for these is to put in the other places to make my sleeping area, comfortable and relaxing. they’re a little bit hard to blow up, but if you remember to pinch the valve with your teeth, it’s easy to blow them up and pinch the valve to deflate. I like having options so this is the perfect thing for me because there are six pillows and a number of places to put them to make Airplane travel, more comfortable

They are very small and not large enough for an adult head. Maybe for children. Value for moeny I wold have wanted something a little more comfortable. Returning and searching for something else.
