Finally a pump that lives up to what it promises! As a mother of 7 children I'm always pumping up something - so with summer nearly here I checked out lots of pumps and decided on the Via Velo Bike Pump. There are a few features that you don't see in most pumps that make this one a cut above. The extra tall shaft doesn't kill the back (yay for moms!), the long tube doesn't mean your hugging whatever it is your pumping up. The steel base is really sturdy - believe me - I've broken more pumps because of crumby bases - I worried that it might scratch the floor being a steel base but its really smooth and theres no way it will scratch. These guys even thought to make a place for you to store all the ends you need - right on the pump itself - no more searching for the tire or ball pin! Would highly recommend this product - I'm actually looking forward to summer and my kids request to pump this up!!! AND they even sent a little bike bell that my youngest loves and a patch kit thats a bonus too!!!

This is the third pump that I bought in the last couple of years. Lost the Presta to Schrader Converter on the first one. I gave that pump to a friend. The issue with the second one is I have to push really hard to get the air in. With this one, the adapter is built in, it's really hard to lose any parts and the inflate my tires is effortless. The gauge is raised and bigger, so it's easy to read. I have to say this is the best of the three I have bought.

Very nice looking pump. Unfortunately the part inside the pumphose ...schraeder/presto was missing. Their customer service was quick and they took care of me. I am bery satisfied with the facebook messenger area of contact. You just provide your order number and they will keep you satisfied. Wish it had the two adapters instead on one that you have to change.

The product looks sturdy and in overall good condition. However, the foot/base of the bike pump was shipped slightly broken. Not enough damage to go through the motions of getting a replacement. The pump works and the gauge is nice (my 30+ year old bicycle pump did not have a gauge so I could too easily overfill the tire...checked pressure by feel alone).

Price vs quality this pump is great. The ONLY MINOR thing ... the "redline" where you set your target pressure is a little wobbly but its cosmetic only so who cares. I have paid more for pumps that were NOT EVEN CLOSE to the quality of this oneFor my application, Bike @120 PSI vis Presta valve it works PERFECTLY

The pump was fine for the price. Unfortunately, the handle snapped after just 9 months of use. 5 stars though for the customer support. They had no hesitation in giving me a full refund for the product when I contacted them, I would buy from Via Velo again at the drop of a hat just due to the support given.

It is a completed product. The package has everything i need. A pump for bikes, and the small pump for basketball. It is easy to use and convenient. Even my son can do it by hinself.

works great. no issues with the pump although the pressure gauge could use some finer measuring points since it jumps up large intervals of pressures

Cannot put my road bike tire (with presta valve) up to 100 PSI with it. As soon as it gets to about 45-60 PSI the air leaks out of the pieces that attach to the valve. Returning.

Perfect pump... really glad I purchased this one. Has been great for getting maximum pressure onto my bike tires and also adapting to inflate soccer balls / footballs etc.

Great, sturdy and easily get the 115-120 psi I use on our bikes. You need to reverse both piece in the head to switch valve type.

I have not verified if the gage is accurate but I have used this pump to fill several tires of bikes Im working on.

I used this product to inflate my cycling tires to 100psi. I’ve only had it for a short while and the plastic handles both broke off while pushing air. Very flimsy. Terrible product

It is very easy an I use it when needed either adding or reinflating. But doesn't stand up to continuous use. This is maybe the 10th time usage an it broke. Disappointed really. Thought it was a great product until breaking.

Works well. Would be nicer if numbers displayed every 20 psi.
