The eyepieces were much larger than my old binoculars which means the images were brighter and clearer. For the cost of these they are an exceptional value and when I showed them to my neighbor he immediately purchase a pair on Amazon for himself.I recommend these to the regular user looking for a decent pair of binoculars. At this price point one simply can't be disappointed. If your a backpacker on several days trip these may be heavier than you need to carry. Otherwise don't hesitate buy several pair for the family.

I was looking for a pair of binoculars that were easy to focus quickly and provided a clear view. I am in my sixties and my eyes are not that great anymore. When I got these, I was able to get them to focus really fast and I could see clearly for a good distance. I plan to use these binoculars once in a while, so I didn't want to spend a lot of money, and these were a great price. The only issue some may have with these is that they are fairly heavy. It comes with a nylon bag which seems pretty decent, but I would not trust using the strap that is provided to securely hold these without incident. Overall. I am pleased that I got these.
