Better than you think!
I tried these strings against the pictured XL's and Super slinky cobalt. The Mucell strings came out on top, this is why. The feel is almost identical to super slinky. These strings give superior sustain and feature a wrapped G string, which I prefer because it provides better tuning stability. I've used those other brands for decades, but these are my new favorites. They stay in tune, don't break, feel great, have excellent sustain, more stable G string, and best of all they are a third the price. These are great strings IMHO.

great value for the price
I love these strings so much I bought them twice, and I'll be buying more in the future. I put them on my PRS standard, they install just fine. They sound amazing for the price honestly, can't hate on 3 dollars a pack. They stay in tune very well, I rarely have to tune up when playing. They do tarnish sort of quickly but to me they sound just fine, after a couple weeks of playing. Overall I recommend giving these a try if you're looking for a cheaper set of strings.

Good but Not for Long
I had an weird experience with these strings. At first, they were great. My guitar setup seemed perfectly suited for them, offering improved intonation and a noticeably lower tension, which made bending notes more fun. They sounded good too, at least for the first 2-3 days. However, they quickly tarnished, and playing on tarnished strings is no fun at all. Given this, I won't be purchasing them again, even at $3 per pack. These strings might be ideal for a touring musician who can change strings before every gig, but for general use, I prefer stainless steel strings. They have a significantly longer lifespan, which is crucial for me since I dislike changing strings and my hands tend to sweat quite a bit. If your hands don't sweat as much, these strings might be worth it.
