My daughter has been desperate for one of these mermaid tail blankets so I eventually got her one of these for Christmas. It comes vacuum packed in plain plastic but once opened it quickly puffs up and is quite nice and fairly soft. She's a fairly tall seven and sadly this barely fits her, her legs are tight together and it isn't long enough to pull up to keep her body warm. She still loves it but it's a shame that it isn't a bit bigger and therefore longer lasting.
