The product was late and I complained but this was due to Royal Mail strike. The sender did respond. I received my charger and it’s perfect

Just the job
Ordered this for a neighbour as her hearing aid charger the cable would not work with it any longer. She is now able to charge her hearing aids at a reasonable cost. As I’m sure if she went back to the hearing aid centre they would have charged her a premium. So pleased I found this cable for her.
