This little battery testing, is awesome. It is a little bit fiddly, it took me a short while to get used to it.I had a bag full of batteries different sizes and knew some were dead, this little gadget worked a treat, I saved more than half the bag.Great value for money, definitely recommended.

I found this product to be a little fiddly to use. Upon unboxing it, I wasn't sure if it needed batteries as I happened to start off by testing a dead battery. Turns out, it doesn't take batteries but is powered by the batteries you are testing. So the key here is to start by testing a battery that has some juice in it.Another thing to note was that the packaging had some poorly placed barcode label on the back. It covered the table that explains what the voltage means (charged/dead). It would be handy to have this table on the product itself.

Excellent quality product at amazing price.Very easy to use.Easy read dial.Needs to batteries, to power it.Very functional and pocket sized desgn.Very lightweight.

Very handy for the money. Does what it needs to with reasonable accuracy. Just the job for identifying and disposing of run-down batteries

Probably good but why are two large self adhesive stickers stuck right across the operating instructions? There is plenty of blank space on the front side.

This is so useful for testing those batteries lying around that somehow manage to become 'miscellaneous'! Also we use it to check the charge on rechargeable. Easy enough to use and I really think the digital readout is good for accuracy. You can Google what the correct battery voltage should be, or it should be written on the battery itself. Just make sure you get the contacts aligned with the battery properly. The only thing I found particularly fiddly is testing button batteries because there is a small plastic line that makes it difficult to get the metal contacts to touch each side of the battery properly. A good tip to get around this is to use a small metal paperclip to go under one side of the button battery which helps it make contact properly. This fiddliness on button batteries is the only reason I knocked one star off, otherwise it is fantastic.

Very lightweight construction, settings are clearly lined on body of unit for each different battery type, just adjust the slider component-put in the desired battery & test. Display is very easy to read - goes through a sort of recognition stage then gives out the reading of the battery's remaining power:- invaluable.No power needed for the unit, it works for the short amount of time needed from battery being tested.Is very good ergonomically in the hand.My father had a battery tester 'Back In The Day', compared to that this is a dream to use, lightyears ahead - one of the best I've come across.Used by me mainly for instrument 9V type, but works well with rechargeable flash battery's, remote & electronic thesaurus sizes.like I have said....Invaluable!!

Had an old tester with probes which were very fiddly to use. This is so easy to use and works well.
