Impressive audio interface
Recently, there is a need for live and outdoor performances, and a friend highly recommended it. And it did not disappoint.First, the sound quality is exceptional. It captures the nuances of my instruments and vocals with utmost clarity and authenticity. I've never been happier with the way my recordings sound. Moreover, the ease of use is a big plus. As someone who is relatively new to recording, I was pleasantly surprised by how straightforward it was to set up and start using. The plug-and-play feature made the entire process a breeze, and I could dive right into creating music without any hassle.Another thing that has impressed me is its compact and portable design. This little gem is so easy to carry around, whether I'm headed to the studio or performing at a gig. It has become my trusted companion for music production on the go.Having the 48V Phantom Power option is fantastic, as it opens up a world of possibilities for recording with different microphone types. And the independent gain control allows me to fine-tune the audio to match my preferences perfectly.Aside from the product itself, I am delighted with the merchant's service. They were quick to respond to my questions and provided helpful guidance throughout the purchasing process. Their commitment to customer satisfaction is commendable. In conclusion, I highly recommend this audio interface to any musician or content creator. Whether you are a seasoned professional or just starting, this audio interface will undoubtedly elevate your music production experience.

(Resolved with seller, received replacement unit) Very bad clipping/distortion issues
The media could not be loaded. I tried to use this interface with my bass guitar and immediately had extreme clipping and distortion through my recording software, I tried tweaking a multitude of settings and reduced the clipping, but it was still very present.Update:I was sent a new unit by the seller and the new one works correctly, the process of getting the new one was very simple and didn't take very long, but I'm leaving this review up just in case a buyer doesn't want to or have the time to go through the replacement process. When functional, this product works very well.

Line 1 gain was terrible
I used this item for recording vocal audio. I've set up a lot of mics and a lot of preamp and audio boards. This little unit has signal flow issues. The signal from line one is super quiet. I tried two common mics, the Shure SM58 and the ProSonus M7. I only got an RMS (average sound loudness) of -34.48 dB by getting right up onto the mics. To put it another way, an audio book is around -25 dB, which is much much louder than me talking loudly and clearly three inches from both these mics. I changed out the XLR cables, it wasn't the cable it was the gain. And yes, I had the phantom power on for the ProSonus. The unit does not introduce noise, I got -75 dB running it alone in the closet in a foam shield, that's good, noise below -60 dB is nice and quiet ... but it doesn't amplify and send sound to the PC well either! If you don't want audio, THIS is your USB audio interface.

Not bad, but not for me.
For the small amount of testing I did, it seemed like a good knock off to the Scarlett solo. However without a booster like a cloud lifter, you will get a large amount of noise in the recording. With a booster the noise went away. In the end, I stuck with the Scarlett.

Glitchy and buzzy, go with a trusted brand
This thing is unusable in any production capacity. The pre amps are awful and buzz incessantly. The outputs have a ton of white noise. It is very finicky with software despite being class compliant. Save your money and buy from more established companies like SSL, Presonus, Focusrite, UA, etc. Just dont buy Behringer either.
