This works well on our couch. Could be a little longer. It is a flat rectangle so with my SO flopping on it. It does move and slip. But protects my couch, just frequent readjustments needed. It is soooo soft and comfortable to sit on. Dogs and people like it. Good colors for my situation.

I have two PetAmi blankets that cover two of the beds in our house. We use them as a top layer on the bed and if there are any accidents, only that one layer needs washing. I don't know why this size is not consistently available. The PetAmi blankets are real fabric with real sewing - not the 'non woven' or 'heat stitched' type that melts in the dryer. These can be washed and dried nicely. They are heavier than a regular blanket because of the internal layers and waterproofing. I have had no trouble with leaks or anything. In addition to having them on two beds, we have smaller PetAmi blankets as a sofa throw, and as the thick fleece 'carpet' in our indoor dog kennel to protect our hardwood floors. I love these blankets (obviously!)

This largest size blanket is thinner and lighter than the other sizes, and is great for the warmer weather. The description should include this fact for those expecting the warmer blanket. I can't comment on the durability yet as I just got it, but the pale gray color is lovely.

I got this to put on the side of my bed that my little dog has. I try to keep throws on my bed that easy to pick up and wash and this does well. I do dry on medium heat. And it’s soft too.

I bought this blanket for my bed because my dog has a leaky bladder sometimes. This blanket captures the leaks. The leaks don't soak in or go through onto the bedding underneath. Since this blanket is meant to soak up liquid, when it is washed, it really holds onto water. I've been line drying it, even with an extra spin, it is still quite wet. I loved this blanket so much, I bought an extra one.
