I used this for my flamingo salix tree when planting it. Seemed to work well tree is still thriving and seems to be growing well.

It's a great product that makes a big difference to plants, especially in heavy soils. My one criticism is that it doesn't go nearly as far as they claim. You probably want double the amount it says on the packaging.

Found this product extremely useful. I used it on bare root hedging plants. Once mixed the Rootgrow sticks to the roots ensuring maximum effectiveness. I planted 60 hedging plants and there was easily sufficient product. I actually had sufficient product over to possibly do another 60 plants.BUT... please note when I returned to the Rootgrow mix the next day, the gell had lost its adhesion and the Rootgrow pellets wouldn't stick freely to any roots. So, if you have lots of planting, ensure you can use the Rootgrow in one go.

Great stuff, use this all the time when planting small shrubs or young tree plants. Planted some Laurel trees 6 months ago using this on the roots and the Laurel trees are growing great.

I wouldn't plant a bare root hedge without this product anymore. Fantastic!

it is difficult to say at this stage as I will only find out how effective this product is in a matter of time.A good friend advised me to use Rootgrow Mycorrhizal Fungi when planting my shrubs and said they would have a greater chance of survival.I have planted two hanging baskets, one with rootgrow and the other without to see if there will be a marked difference between the two.

Easy to use but quite frankly there’s no way of knowing how effective it is until the bare-rooted hedging has been in for a year or more.
