Since gift card started, I have been there however I need a new SIM card as I had to change my SIM card its all a big story however if you’re not aware of how giffgaff works and you can actually make money from them straight to your credit or PayPal,because they don’t have a Telephone department however if you go onto the community part that’s where you can actually get the help from other members and also participate the more you participate the more you earn for members or referring people or even yourself in my case, if you can’t help with the community can actually get in contact with the customer service team via email and they do actually respond on a really quick, It’s functionality is good. The speed is good for where I live. I live in another part and it’s compatible with my phone it’s compatible with all phones. I get 5G when I’m out. I just live in a new part of town which is in the countryside. so I get like two bars when I’m at home, but that’s fine because I have Wi-Fi but when I’m out in town centre where I live it’s 5G so I’m not complaining I can make money from helping others and also it saves me from having to pay my bill each month. I’m actually getting 65 GB just now for £10. I don’t know how long that’s going to last, however, it is actually a contract, but there’s no lost lasting sign in at the moment when that will change, I don’t know but I do know since summer they have had different offers on. I mean I wouldn’t go with anyone else. It is part of the o2 company SIM card was good in good condition no problems getting in the quality it was good.

Excellent value preloaded sim card. Was quick to activate, by emailing the address shown on a label on the sleeve.The seller quickly replied and the sim was then ready to use. The preloaded credit had automatically been converted to a big bundle plus double the data as per O2's promotional deal at the time. Love the product and tech support was great. After a few hurdles (mostly because of an error on my part) was able to get my phone up and running with the O2 sim.Still waiting for for double data… but they did say to wait up to 48 hours to get that additional data.The whole process was straightforward. The seller even included the APN settings on their activation email reply, which was very helpful. GiffGaff uses the o2 network.

Great product

Do not buy this Giff Gaff SIM. I bought my grandson a watch which allowed phone calls. I paid for that through my bank account. The SIM was paid on a credit card. I did not sign up for anything with giff Gaff but now they are taking £10 p m on my bank card??? Giff Gaff have no telephone number to speak to them and they have not answered my messages. I can't stop the payment unless I cancel my bank card. It is clear they have access to my bank account held by Amazon. I want a full £30 refund for the months I have just discovered they have been taking. Keep well away.
