The items were packed well. Require these as I’m having an operation and the fibre will help keep my gut in good order as I will be taking pain killers for a lengthy time.Priced well too.Highly recommended

Started taking these on a recommendation for a bit more fibre intake and become more regular , first few days from only one sachet had discomfort in bowel and trapped wind still didnt go , then it settled after a few days and i became more regular so quite happy its working and to be honest wanted the extra fibre intake , quite pricey if you have to have every month like i may but seems to do the job and thats using just 1 a day .

Not the strongest of products, but promoted as natural. However completely spoiled for me by use of aspartame , detailed on base of box!
