Damaged on arrival / collection
Just picked these up and when opened the glasses were actually cracked or smashed (see attached photo). Not sure they are suitable to return, please advise. I would like them replaced if possible?

Although it took four delivery attempts and one collection for me to get these they are spectacular. My wife loves them. Just a pity they sat in a van/depot for almost 4 days.
