Weak chain
Got this for my Harry Potter fan 6 year old son and was really impressed when we opened it. The Snitch itself is really nicely made but within a few hours, the chain had broken. Fair enough my son is 6 so it wasn't treated as delicately as an adult would but by no means was he particularly rough with it. Bit disappointed as he wanted to wear it on our upcoming trip to HP land and now it will have to be something he holds onto and I need to keep track of instead.

Stunning quality gift.
I bought this for my wife as a surprise. I thought it would be fun as she likes Harry Potter. She absolutely adored it and the fact that it contains a watch is pretty amazing. Really pleased with the purchase, the high quality of the necklace and all of the detail is superb!

Such a pretty necklace, daughter loved it but sadly the Package was opened when it arrived. The necklace was broken got a refund. Good customer service.
