Thought provoking but very repetitive
What I liked:It's an interesting book, and if one can implement the teachings, then I strongly suspect that for most people it would lead to an improvement in their life. It's a quick read, maybe a couple of hours or so, but it's a book you can come by back to and read again, and I will most likely do that because I could see many of the failings it described in myself and it's good to be reminded about those from time to time. What I disliked:I'm not a religious person, and for the most part it's neutral in terms of religion, but periodically the author flips into religious mode and starts talking about God, which put me off somewhat. The final chapter (prayers), was just waffling filler and a real spoiler. I'll be skipping that if I read the book again. There is not much content, and the text is large. The same thing is said over and over so the book could have been half as long, therefore it's expensive for what you actually get.
