Writing this review to my recently purchase of the Motivx Tools 27mm Low Profile Oil and Fuel Filter SocketSocket is made of solid Chromium-vanadium steel, very nice quality, fits neatly my oil filter cap perfectly and overall a great product and so based upon my excellent experience I would certainly recommend to anyone and obviously would also be buying more Motivx® products in the near future.

Nice socket but but not as pictured
Socket is of nice quality, but mine didnt come with the foam insert shown, which was the main reason i bought this one as it was nice for storage. Spoke to the company and was told they were no longer packaging that way abd just hadnt updated the picture, but had a few more inserts and would send one out. Overall great product and excellent customer service would buy from again

All You need for Oil Filters
I got these so I can un-screw the covers off of cartridge oil filters that are on the newer cars. They come with a nice box and seem to be well built. But I have a big tool box and all the nice box did was take up space, so I threw it away.

Did what its supposed to do!
It's a pretty simple product so it either work or it doesn't.... Glad to report it works great. Side note it comes in a really nice box, not sure why but bonus point for packaging!

Nice Tool
I haven't had the chance to use it yet, but it appears to be a top quality socket. Packaging in it's own foam lined box adds a nice touch, but the socket will probably end up in my tool box to save space and easy access. Bottom line is that I'm glad I bought it....appears to be of very high quality and the price was reasonable.

Necessary tool
Using it as tool to remove the oil filter cap on a GM 2.4l. Don't mess around with anything else. If you are doing your own filter changes, buy this tool!

Cool tool, works well to remove oil filters. I wouldn’t recommend this for axle nuts. I repeat, do not use for axle nuts! It will snap.
