I only bought it to use as a tablet for my 6-year-old grandson, and for that, it's great. I know nothing about using it as a telephone. I was a bit concerned about it not being compatible with Netflix, and it's true that it will not download the Netflix app, but I found it easily logs in to Netflix on the browser. Of course, since the main user is only 6 years old, I also purchased a protective case and an accidental protection plan. He has been playing on a 7-inch tablet for over a year, and loves games, youtube and Netflix. He was absolutely thrilled with the size of this tablet.Two months after purchasing it, and after purchasing two more tablets for my granddaughters, the first tablet suddenly stopped charging. I suspect that impatient little 6-year-old fingers unplugging the charger too abruptly may have broken the charging jack's connections inside. But the company's customer service is excellent. They responded immediately, and they are sending me another tablet. So, I still give them a 5-star rating. :)It has now been nearly a year since my purchases. These tablets have had a lot of use and needed several repairs, to charging ports, sound chips and screens. The SquareTrade accidental repair policies have been well worth the money. When repairs are needed, they email me a postage-paid label. I package it and drop it off at a store nearby, and a couple of weeks later I get either a new one or a repaired one. The repaired ones have all data deleted and all settings reset to the original settings, but since these are only used for games, it doesn't matter much.

I have never been able to use this product. I bought it when I was out of state for a few months. I was so busy with my sister who had surgery I didn't really get to try it out until just before I went home. It wasn't holding a charge so I kept recharging. I was on it long enough to down load a game and start to use it and it started glitching and Then died. By time I got home and went to contact Amazon I had already went past my time limit to return or exchange. So not happy with product.

This iPad is really good. I can't believe that it can even be used as a phone though I don't use it as that it's still a nice option. It does have some flaws though. Some apps won't download, but that isn't really a problem because my son wants to download games so I guess it's better that some of them don't download. The battery life is really good though. Not as long as my old iPad which was I believe the first one that came out which lasted for well over 12 hours. This one doesn't last as long, but since no one uses it much that doesn't matter. The flaws of this iPad don't impact me so I give it a five star rating.

If you don’t want to spend too much on tablet this could be the choice because it does cost that much but with all the basic functions. It is kind of worth that money. Although cannot compare to Samsung or google tablet, it is still one good cheap choice with proper uses. I generally use to for videos or reading, which is very good now. The only thing is battery capacity is kind of low which already shows within the product description.

I bought this tablet to display my photographs. The high resolution screen is very good for displaying the photographs. However, the 64 GB internal storage only allows you to store a maximum of 10 GB before it fills up. I had to put half my photos on a 32 GB micro SD and the other half on a 32 GB thumb drive. The USB port used to charge the tablet can also be used to read an external USB thumb drive when not charging.

I bought this tablet after another reviewer said he was able to cast to Youtube and a Firestick . Unfortunately, this does not work for me.When I use the Google Home app to cast, I get the message "screen casting not optimized for this device".If I cast to one of my Chromecast audio devices, the audio is about 10 seconds behind and stutters horribly.If I cast to a Chromecast ultra (video), I get no video, only audio, and it is also about 10 seconds behind and stutters horribly.Unfortunately, I have to send this tablet back because I bought it specifically for casting.

I fell in love with this tablet and then it died. The battery just stopped charging, and I don't know why, and I can't seem to get any help. I bought the tablet 10 months ago, and it just stopped working.
