Most trendy, cute shoes do not have arch support or padding. I used to buy the few brands that actually come with those features. However those shoes are usually not the latest styles and are more expensive. Then I realized that I can add those features to just about any shoe with products like this. I like that this came in a three pack. So far I added them to my Toms which are great shoe for me as a mom to easily to slip on and off as my kids do not have the patience for me to lace up my shoes. However after wearing the Toms for about a week I start getting pain in my heels and arch. Therefore I added this padding to the heel and they are so much more comfortable to wear for long periods of time. I also added these to a pair of boots. The boots are super cute but my toes feel crowded in the toe area. For some reason when I added the toe padding, it feels a lot better. These cushions stick very well so you don't have to worry about them sliding around. The only thing I would change is that there is a red circle on the heel padding which is not very subtle. Ofcourse this is covered up while wearing the shoes but I still don't like the red.

These are so nice: they have a great padding without being too bulky in the shoes, so you can easily use them with any style. I usually wear a size 6 or 7, depending on the style, and these fit perfectly, both the back and the front.I love the front part for high heels: I can now wear my heels without having to worry how long I will have to stand!

The feel great, just wish they would stay put in the shoe better. The stick seems to wear off after the first day of wearing and move around the shoes a bit. But they are very comfortable and seem to be helping, when they are in place

For the price these are okay.... but, I can't be as enthusiastic about these as the other reviewers seem to be. For padding a shoe to help sizing....yes.... For extra padding for comfort...yes... but not really any good for Plantar Fasciitis as described in the text.

My gf is 6'2 and when she wears high heels, she's in agony. She put the clear ones in her pumps and the flat ones in her flats. Both immediately feel better and she smiled, which means this was a great purchase. I'm taking a pair to my 86 year old mom.They are sticky, so decide where you're going to use them and keep them there. Otherwise I worry they may not peel and stick the same way again.

These work OK in shoes, but I bought them hoping they would work in sandals. They just don't stay put - even with double sided tape.

I do not recommend this product. I wear a size 13 shoe so I ordered the large size.....well what I received was way too small. If they sent me a large, it was a kid's large. In any case I put them in my shoes and they just do not work well. The gel is too thin and does not give much support and the more you wear it , the thinner it gets. I went to the store a bought a Dr scholls Plantar Fascitis shoe insert and it works great and is very high quality. Save your money do not buy the gel heel cups from Inno Tronik....their quality is terrible. Buy Dr Scholls they work!

It's very soft, and rescues my soles. Before you paste it, try first, make sure it fit both of your foot and your shoe.
