Overall, the service is good, but it's important to remember to contact customer service on the day you activate your SIM card, preferably through SMS, as their response time is quite fast. Only after customer service confirms the activation should you insert the card into your phone for use. I contacted customer service three days in advance, requesting activation on a specific day, but I found that the card was not activated on that day at 9.00 am. I reached out to customer service again, and they responded quickly. However, because I made a call with the non-activated card, it became unusable. Customer service then helped me with the activation of another card.Overall, customer service was able to resolve my issue. It would be even better if communication could be more polite.

This is the second time I have purchased these phone cards for when I’m visiting my family in the USA. It was easy to activate but it took several hours for it to complete the activation. The cellphone coverage is not perfect but worked well enough to repurchase.

The sim card is a junk, it works only with android phones, i inderted it inside an apple 5S phone, and worked for 1 monutes and then stop working indicating no service. And even with android phones, it doesent work properly, sometimes when sombodybcall you, he get a message that the phine is off or there is no network, and sometimes the network service go away for a while and then come back.

It came in 3 days and I had no problem setting it up so yeah, good to go here. 5 stars.

Card arrived on schedule. You have to go to the travsim website to submit the sim card number and then wait for them to email you with your phone number and activate your card. In my case, it was over 24 hours. I emailed them for status on activation and it was activated shortly thereafter.I used the card in an old LG phone and the phone automatically configured itself so I didn't have to go into settings and change anything, but the company does give you all the settings in the activation email.Very easy overall and worked as intended. One star off for the delay in activation.

I have been buying this SIM for a few years now, when I have family visiting me from overseas. The fact that it allows free international calls to so many countries and free hot spot for their international phones makes their lives so much easier and keeps them connected when they need to.Network connection is as good/as bad as T Mobile is in your area.The reasonable price is an added bonus.I highly recommend this product.
