Reviewing after using for 3 weeks:The fabric is soft. Initially, the waist of one of the inners was very tight and felt like there was no elasticity. It became elastic after the first wash.Occasionally, it tightens a little but loosens after use. Hence giving 4 stars.

Bravo!!! This is what the stuff actually I was searching, loved the quality, fitting. I have waste size of 31", and it perfectly fits. Feel little tight but it must be if you use it for weight training, little costly as compared to others, but it worths+++++

Description mentioned reads as Stretchable : fabric is just 100% cotton single jersey and DOES NOT have any lycra or stretch as described. Also the Waistband size attached is wrong. So chain stitch does not help in holding it in place. When stretched slightly the threads get cut !!! As also description reads as Mositure wicking - this is just basic product with no moisture wicking !!! Overall a sub standard product.
