Listen To The Dance Music Board book – September 1, 2017

My grand daughter loves it! I purchased it because she likes the Nutcracker a lot. She's not yet 2 years old and she likes the pictures in the book and dance to the music.

Although my 11 month old chews on the corners, ripping the cardboard off slowly, this book has held up significantly. He LOVES being able to press the buttons himself and dance to the music. I love that the book is sturdy enough to let him play by himself (and he is very destructive). He alsways goes back to certain songs, finding his own groove and enjoying discovering that he can make them play all by himself.Although the book is not well written, I get bored, it's not actually made for it's story line, my son loves that it's interactive.

Love these Marion Billet books! My daughter received her first on Christmas and drove the batteries into the ground (Thankfully they are cheap and easy to find: LR1130)This book is great with all the different music from different places. Great for little music and book lovers

My favorite book of all the Listen books! Such fun music in this and great illustrations. Waltz, tango, charleston, salsa, rock n roll, and hip hop. Love it!!

I normally love the Nosy Crow sound books. The dance music is good but it goes on for toooooo long and you can’t turn the page and start the new music until the old one is finished. My toddler prefers the shorter sound bites.

my son LOVES these books !!! they are awesome he can do by himself ! my only drawback is it is hard to find replacement batteries !!!!!!!

My son, who is 1, loves this book! He loves music and loves to dance. He learned how to make the music play by simply putting his finger on the button on each page. I like how the buttons are not hard to push. The variety of music is great, and the tunes are not annoying. Great pictures too!

This little book is actually quite awesome. I gave it to my grandson for Christmas and he absolutely loved it. The problem is that it only worked for a day or two. Each section of music was initially quite long but after only a few readings each song now only plays for a couple of notes and then stops. i have bought others in this series of books with sounds and they mostly work quite well. They are quite expensive so it is extremely annoying when they do not.

Lovely illustrations and music, just annoying that you have to stop the previous music manually or wait for it to stop (they go on a while) before the next one will play.My 18 month old doesn’t understand why the next music piece won’t come on when she flicks a page and presses the next button, as the previous one hasn’t yet finished, so she gets bored and loses interest. The cause and effect aspect is missing, as she presses the new button but nothing then happens/changes.Needs to work so that if a previous page is already playing, if another music button is pressed on the next page, it cuts in instead and the new song plays!

We've got 3 books in this series. The books are great, our toddler loves them. However, they break quickly. One lasted a few months before breaking, but this one has lasted just 1 month of light use. Now the clips play for just a few seconds and then cuts out. Our toddler gets quite frustrated with it

My 18 month old granddaughter loves these books. They’re sturdy and good value. We have others in the series but this one was heavy on batteries , probably due to the length of each piece of music. But great fun. Buy some spare batteries when you order your book.

One of the first Nosy Crow books we bought for our granddaughter and she still loves it months later. The inclusion of a hip-hop track at the end seemed odd to us, but she likes it as much as the others! Great intro to rhythms and the pictures are fun. Note you can hear all their books on their YouTube channel.

Our 18 month old loves her Nosy Crow music books. She has three of them now and they are all good. This one has tunes that last a bit longer than the other books. The tunes are not overly loud so are OK for taking out to cafes, restaurants etc. The batteries last a decent amount of time too.
